I don't think the info is outdated, Real were always interested in Thiaw. Its just now they are supposedly intensifying their efforts to sign him. I think he needs to stay at Milan and fully establish himself for a full season, had injury issues this season. Better to stay another year. Thiaw might miss Euro 2024 but the future he's very likely to be make SNT squad. He was actually one of the better players in his 3 SNT caps too. And we have Bisseck still working his way to full breakthrough in the Inter Milan XI. These 2 are on track to play in some of biggest clubs in Europe and good that its not in 1BL.
I think has to do with Nagelsmann wants results and the fact that he's NOT a dual, LOL. When a dual breaksthrough Bayern XI and the other Nation is pouncing on poaching door, its forces your hand. but guys like Andrich+Gross+Kroos+Gundo are all in their 30s. Goretzka turns 30 next season too. so Stiller might get his chance in future. But needs to do it fast as some of next gen Ms are very promising.
Yeah it's interesting how it's developing. I think he will be a big player for us Arsenal actually have a similar issue to Germany in that they lack an elite 9, so the idea has been to get goals from the front 5 as a unit. It really helps that Havertz can play 2 different roles, as he is also effective making runs from deeper when Arsenal play with a 9
I would say Fullkrug is a elite level center forward. Scoring goals in elite competitions certainly qualifies him. The more he plays in the champions league, the more his game will further improve
one has to remember, this is Fullkrug's -1st ever top club season -1st ever CL or any Europe season -career riddled with injuries and loyalty to clubs aka who went down to 2BL is reason why it took him so long to even make SNT -he's also 1st German CF or player in A WHILE to win any top 4 league top scorer last season!!!! look at how he dominated WC22 with limited game time too. He has shown to have that International SUITABLE qualities.
on topic of Fullkrug, I actually wrote him off years ago due to his constant injuries+going down to 2BL out of loyalty BS. Good reminder to not write off players and as German too many are late bloomers and that's essentially what he ended up being, a late bloomer due to circumstance. sad to see that Germans have only won 7 1BL top scorers from 2000-present. That's very low # like 1/3 region. And its NOT because Germany can't dev CFs or our CFs are shit or whatever, its more than players like Lewa won another 1/3 by himself, LOL. And as long as Hawwy Kane is in 1BL its doubtful any will win it until he bails back to Pengland. But I expect that more Germans will win in future and reason is that the Lewa situation was unique, in general world class or Elite CFs do NOT stay in 1BL Long Term as they get bought by La Liga or EPL. Lewa was happy in Germany and was super keen on winning CL with Bayern once he did that he seemed to have increased his desire to bail as he always wanted to play at Barca. Yup, Tuchel and his weird fetish for mediocre players is the reason Toprak was signed. I didn't want him because his experience consisted of humiliating defeats against better teams in European tournaments, and who needs that?
