Depending on who we face , Cancelo can be a defensive lability . I like Inacio but Im fine if our coach goes with Dias .

All of our fullbacks are weak defensively, it’s just the modern game.

Mendes is by far the best defender.

Dias will start as CB and Mendes as left back for sure. The others I’m not sure, but Pepe might start in the first game.

i think it will all come down to cancelo, bruno and ronaldo.- If they play and how they preform. bruno is starting there is no question and how he handles adversity when we face it will be a big indicator on the trajectory of the team. cancelo at times looks like the best lb/rb on the planet and then looks like he has football IQ of a toddler. Ronaldo will start...... lets be real and I've accepted it, it will all come down to how he reacts when he gets substituted or when someone doesn't pass him the ball on the break or we play a team that dominates possession and ronaldo gets zero service, his body language and attitude will have a HUGE impact on the squad, it always does.

I'm expecting more of the same..... slightly convincing performances in the group stage, followed by maybe a dominating performance to close out the group stage then we will play a team that will score an early goal then bruno and ronaldo will start to pannick, complain, yell at teammates and dive then we loss to a team we shoulda beat by 3goals....... you know, the usual.

Any examples of Bruno doing that with Portugal? Can't say I've really seen him yell at teammates either tbh.

Wolves manager now saying Neto should be back for last couple of games as his injury is recovering faster than expected.. We’re going to have a lot of options and only 23 slots available for euro. Between Pote, Neto, Jota Silva and Trincão.. Who do you take to use as subs coming off the bench late ? I’ll take a 75% Neto and Pote over an in form Jota Silva and Trincão ..

You rarely see it, if anything he’s trying to teach them something so they can be better next time. It’s not like Ronaldo where he’s screaming at teammates if they don’t pass the ball… But that’s just passion, the man loves Seleção and wants to be the best he can be for us… I’ve seen Bruno yell out in anger but to himself. Good example during that shit rigged game vs Morocco he hit the bar once or twice and had a screamer sink just an inch over the bar after he had Bonou beat every time just to miss. He was PISSED absolutely raging rightfully so..

Nuno Santos has been looking in dangerous form.. F it, I say give him a shot for the euro if pote or Neto are injured still… Trincão as well been carrying Sporting lately.. Ideally we want Pote as well as Neto who can fill in that gap in right wing we always seem to be missing. Can’t keep using Bernardo to fill in on the right wing when he’s lethal in the midfield trio with Palhinha and Bruno.. Jota Silva or Neto are true right wing options.. Unless you throw Diogo Jota on the right wing or Felix.. Leao at left wing, Ramos and Ronaldo swap out as strikers..

All we need him for in euro as a super sub let’s be honest… I think we see Jota Silva, Trincão, Pote get the call in June though based on current form.. Pote is a must. Insane talent and form right now. Plus Jota is back.. It’s a wrap if all our attackers stay healthy in the next 50 days.. We will meet Ukraine or holland in the QF..

Bruno has been pretty easily, I’d say, Portugals most influential player for the last year or so. Seems odd to me that you’re singling him out for no real reason. Again, give me an example of Bruno panicking and yelling at teammates with Portugal. He’s widely regarded as an incredible teammate. It’s just an odd, wrong take. Seems weird to loop him in with Ronaldo.

You hate “Fernandez”, I get it. Hes not this terrible teammate you seem to think he is. He’s not Ronaldo being mad that someone else scored instead of passing to him. I know you want him to be, he just isn’t.

I take it that you and Ronaldo are best of buddies, coz he has told you personally that he is mad when some one else scores

Lol it’s not even a remotely controversial opinion. There’s countless videos of him pouting in the corner while the rest of his team is celebrating

Not to mention him melting down in a farmer's league when fans chant 'Messi!' or elbowing and attacking other players. At this point in his career, he's more mentally fragile than ever, and he doesn't have the skill he used to have to make it tolerable. Dude does not need to be anywhere near the NT at this point in his career.
