Boy oh boy. Selective reading or a blind eye or an intellectual black hole. So posters are condemning what hama did, but there's a distictive lack of condemning. So it's you who decides what's real, your phantasy or what posters did do.
Yes posters here condemning HAMAS. I am sure HAMAS reads BS and go yup some many people are against me Or do they see so many protests condemning Israel and they say well I guess we are loved now? Tell me which one is more likely?
That is what you are discussing. I am discussing protesting in general I made that very clear I was doing both. But the protesting part was clearly aimed at the general population But even of course you get lost in the details like you all lot is what you constantly do. You nitpick and nitpick the bigger points like it effing matters
It's pretty useless to make posters in here accountable for what the outside world does, unless the poster(s) explicitly support what happens outside. In that case I'm pretty sure they have been held accountable for that support already.
We aren’t going to agree here, and nothing other than unqualified support of Israel will satisfy you. So why don’t you come out and say that?
We aren't going to agree here because you are incapable of addressing the point As for my "unqualified support of Israel" I made my point very clear many times which was summed up perfectly here Hamas Attacks, Israel Responds The difference now is that I explained my POV while you will continue to skirt yours
Threatening speech has no place on a campus. If one takes "we support the Palestinian people" protests as a threat, then that's on them. I guess Chinese or Russian students might feel uneasy about "we support the Uiyghurs/Ukrainians" protests too.
If only the protests were just about "we support Palestinians", which if you looked at closer, is really not the only (and sometimes not even the primary) message. Let's not make asinine assumptions that all of a sudden, Jewish students (who almost exclusively tend to lean left) are against free speech or "make up" their feelings due to peaceful "palestinian rights" protests.

You are exaggerating. Why would Jewish students feel unsafe? Jewish students at Columbia are told by Pro-Palestine supporters that '7/10 is going to be every day for you.'#NYC #USA #IranAttack #Iran #StandWithIsrael #Israel #Gaza #Hamas #HamasAreTerrorists #BringThemAllHome pic.twitter.com/bhcbM9XeDQ— Israel War Report 🇮🇱 (@WKazingmei) April 19, 2024
Like to point out that the US has at least twice gotten Israel to agree to ceasefire terms that were rejected by Hamas because they would not (or likely cannot since they have been killed) release the hostages from 10/7. I have heard of exactly zero condemnation of Hamas for this from progressives or from Palestinians.
Since Israel is not a Jewish state they shouldn't be concerned with criticism of Bibi and his goons in the Israeli govt.
Yesterday, as soon as I saw the police being sent in at Columbia, I thought about how repression encouraged the spread of sit-ins. https://t.co/X7vkCXwQVX— Victor Ray (@victorerikray) April 19, 2024 It's almost as if the 1960s never happened.
Jewish students attending a Hillel (Jewish campus org) event were met with this: This is a daily occurrence on campuses across the US. Any of you sympathizing with the pro-Pals, find one example, just one, of those students being harassed. (Getting arrested for breaking the law does not count!)
One thing viral videos have taught me is that a LOT of Americans have never once been rightfully punched in the face due to their behavior; and it shows.
The person in the picture is obviously a jackass. Having said that, have you never heard of C*n*ry M*ss**n? They exist to dox pro-Palestinian students and ruin their lives, and they've been around for well over a decade.
I don't even understand what you are trying to say here. Either you're the biggest troll in the history of big soccer or you're so missing the point, that a Michelin blimp can fly over you're head and you'd mistake it for a water balloon. If you can't respond adequately to a simple post, then don't respond at all.
From what I’ve seen since October in regards to what many of these doxxed people have posted on their socials or been video taped saying or doing, I wouldn’t rush to claim them as pro Palestine supporters. A lot of those assholes have posted some awful stuff.
Yessir! I love how people want to tell college kids the "right way" to protest. Very buzzcut, 1960s, authoritarian "love it or leave it" assholery.
