You need to apply that you are a fan of Ukraine in your profile settings, log out and log in and it should be there on the homepage of the ticket portal
Sorry for my naivety, but is there anything to stop people from just switching their 'fan of' for each sale where it might be beneficial? So, if you set it as Ukraine yesterday, bought tickets, and then switched it to Poland / Georgia to try and get tickets for their games?

Exact same for me. Even set my VPN location to Ukraine and no joy. Wonder why some people can get access to buy tickets and others can’t? I want to buy a Cat 3 or lower France v Poland today. I have a Cat 2 already but want to resell that and save some € on a cheaper cat.
I'm not sad that you're having problems with your account. You've had your chance to buy tickets, now it's our time.
even though I've always said that only fans of the teams should buy tickets now, at least you could keep your "sweet part" to yourself. keep in mind that the other teams did not have a dedicated sales phase for them. it was kind of a "civil war" and the queues were hours long.
I don’t even get to access my account now, just a technical error message, guess it’s due to opening the portal to Polish fans? I’ve got no intention of effectively taking tickets off fans of Poland or any other nation from their allocation, (just think it’s wrong to do that to fellow fans)…but UEFA are a shambles, they are not helping you in this respect and its interesting (hence why I wanted to see if I could access?) that is so inconsistent between users? I think this really is an issue that needs to be addressed with your football federation. If they have not kept tickets for fanclubs etc then I can imagine there would be a lot of unhappy Polish fans. Poland are one of the better supported nations. Do you know if all 10K tickets are for sale today or is it just the leftovers after the demand from fanclubs etc has been sorted?

Do we know how to fix "Technical Error"? My friend is getting it all the time. For me system works on one browser but I'm also getting technical error on a different browser. Not sure why.
Same as yesterday. Waiting room then when the green bar expired I was taken to my tickets page. I was in 14:11 CET. No idea why it’s been like this today and yesterday for me.
