    Seriously, watch the whole segment. @superdave is right. He says "when I saw him" then does the typical Trump insert a comment in the middle of a thought and then resumes ... "when I saw him building soldiers, he did it after I left". Scroll down the comments and there is a longer snipped with the full context.

    This what I talk about taking things out of context to make up a lie. It's typical thing that politicians and media have done for ages. Frankly I've seen shit like this posted here very often. Then I go see the whole context and it's completely misrepresented. You could say this is spreading fake news. But calling this out is a honestly a waste of time because nobody really cares.

    I dunno.

    I mean, what is the appeal of Donald Trump? I think its that he says the sh*t that others are thinking, giving them the cover to start spouting the same crap. Because he's untethered, he allows his base to be equally unmoored. They don't want him to be urbane and polished. They want him to be ragtag and pugnacious.

    It's working for Trump. He won an election as the most unfit individual ever, he lost an election, and here we are. This thing is still on a knife's edge.

    I think I agree with this take.

    Now, the issue is that it is now Trump who's too old. He's clearly lost his pomp/swagger and he's pretty feeble. But his base wants so desperately to believe that blacks from Haiti are eating cats and ducks, that he still has their support.

    I think it is actually a profound failure of the media that they give "undecideds" so much attention.

    If they stopped putting those who claim to be undecided up on a pedestal as though they are the "real" centrists/Americans/patriots, we wouldn't have such a stupid dialogue about trying to capture these "voters."

    Let's face it. These people, as far as elections go, are useless and not worth fighting over.
