FIFA World Player of the Year is more prestigious. So my money is on Ronaldinho. As for the Ballon d'Or, I think Henry has the edge over Shevchenko.

I think you have it reversed. The Balon d'Or is the most prestigious award. The FIFA award is a fairly new award that rarely picks the best player.
