I used hexidecimil color code in my signiture for what appeared to me to be Carolina/Wizards blue (6699ff#) and it looked great on my monitor using Opera 6.0 and Win98. On my dad's computer (IE on an XP) the color is green. What's the deal? I thought Hex #s were universal. I know that the color balance on both monitors are right, so I have to assume it's the difference in the way the browsers interpret the HTML? Am I retarded?
