Just reacting on my gut instincts, but I think he'll do a great job. If he can instill that ABMOD tenacity in them, they'll go far.
They don't need intensity - They need technique at high speed and pressure situations - that needs intensity but not the kind that Richie displayed but I guess he might get them ready for international games - He won't prepare them for better careers but for better performance in a given game
