I think english sites are crediting tuttomercato. Got no idea if they are likely to be accurate. https://www.tuttomercatoweb.com/ser...venezia-prova-a-consolarsi-con-tutino-1990129
If he actually has such a good season on loan that 15 months from now he is featuring for Inter, then that would be a monumental success.
I haven't seen anything different from what has been posted on the board already. I don't really make it a habit to follow the happenings of that blue club in Milan Depending on what Inter are telling Tanner, I would be weary of the Albanian regista already there, Asslani. I remember hearing good things about him and Calhonglu looks like he will be staying at Inter for a bit.
It's being reported that Torino is making another move for Tessmann. The club has sold Buongiorno to Napoli for a reported €35M, and is on the verge of selling Ilic to Zenit St. Petersburg for €22M. This means they will be able to compete with Inter's offer and hopefully reunite the Yank midfielder with his old coach Vanoli. https://www.tuttomercatoweb.com/ser...nati-vuole-tessmann-e-sfida-all-inter-1990876 https://www.fcinter1908.it/ultimora/inter-tessmann-torino/
Multiple reports indicate the opposite. Negotiations are at an advanced state, but they haven't closed the deal yet.
https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/spo...erton-could-take-transfer-chance-29558011.amp I’m all for a loan to Everton.
A quote from Venezia's sporting director, Filippo Antonelli, from a press conference today: "The deal with Inter was done. For our part, we wanted to take him back on loan, but he prefers to go elsewhere. Inter must have started looking for some kind of solution, but the whole thing could fall apart. Torino? They haven't called me at all. Como has contacted me, and so has Fiorentina. His agents are saying many teams are interested. Bologna? Sartori has always followed him, but I haven't received any offers. I'm not worried, however. There's still plenty of time left in this transfer window." https://www.torinogranata.it/primo-...sta-di-antonelli-ds-venezia-gela-tutti-163996
A bit confused by this. Does he mean the deal with inter and Venice was done, but it's still not agreed to by Tessmann till the loan is settled, which is why it could fall apart? Any sense from the Italian wording?
The idea that Tessmann is fine signing with Inter but remaining on loan for a season with a lesser Serie A club, but that he's not okay with that loan club being Venezia, the team he's spent the last few seasons developing into a key starter for, is honestly kind of bizarre to me. Is there bad blood between the two for some reason?
Perhaps he’s thinking he doesn’t move above any of Weston, Musah, Reyna, Adams or Jonny playing for a club like Venezia….and he needs to be cementing is spot on the team in the next 12 months under a new manager.
