    I have both FIFA 05 and Live, but for some reason, my XBOX will only work with Halo 2... which isn't too bad. My box shuts down about 1 in every 2 or 3 games.... So i'm willing to play sometime.

    i tried to get optimatch and quickmatch to work on xbox live... and i waited forever and it didnt work so i gave up and played my career

    Just started playing 05 online over the weekend. I can't believe how few people play online. EA should have made a better online aspect to this game.... I was expecting leagues. Hopefully next year they really step it up.

    There are a million FIFA 2005 leagues out there. But its regular people that set them up, not EA. Try going to one of the FIFA 2005 Forums, theres always some guy starting up a new league.

    have you played in any of those leagues? It's kind of a bummer that they didn't integrate leagues into their online play. No transfers, easy to view tables, etc. It's kind of sad.

    Also, once you figure out how to score online, it's easy to do it over and over again. There are a few ways to get cheap and easy goals and everyone uses them. Does anyone know if WE8 is going Live in the US?

    I play on xbox, and while it is easy to score against someone who's not good, it seems good players can defend against the easy goals. I guess by now you know that WE8 is out and not online.

    Do you mean off the ball runs or off the ball control?

    I used off the ball runs all the time but I hardly ever use Off the ball Control. I play on the ground.

    i have downloaded the game from the net but dont kow how to play online and it asks for code ...etc
