The vampire gave them a warning scare and they still leave him wide open for the goal. Even the corner before the goal was wild, we looked like we need a goal instead.of defending.

All in all, they played well considering we had a bunch of kids starting.

Congrats on their famers cup win. Beating the likes of Ecuador, Canada and Colombia. As trash as we are, even we would beat those teams

Bro, we lost to Georgia and only got by Slovenia by the skin of our teeth.

We also lost to a horrible Croatia side before the tournament began.

Argentina finds ways to beat which ever team is in their way and never makes a mess of it like we do.

They are the same level as us, trash. They just have the refs in their pockets.

While we are trash, bringing up the loss to Georgia is dumb as it was a b team of random players. We went to penalties with Slovenia and they went to penalties with Ecuador…what’s the difference?i They also got the exact same result against France as we did. The only difference is they have a goalkeeper who guarantees them shootout victories by saving 2+ shots in every single shootout he participates in.

I did enjoy the "vale tudo" ref during the match which encouraged the "injured" players to stop rolling around and continue playing.

Did they get all the fans out of the vents yet?:ROFLMAO:

Argentina should have had a penalty against Ecuador but were denied. They also should have had a penalty yesterday but were denied.

    In addition to that,

Those refs yesterday were from Brasieu. Are you aware of the rivalry between Brasieu and Argentina? Your theory makes absolutely no sense.

Georgia was the lowest ranked team at the tournament, bro. A “top 10” team can’t be losing to a team like that even with replacements and Ecuador is ranked way higher than Slovenia.

If you put Portugal in the copa, we are out in the group stages. We can’t even beat inferior European opposition and you expect us to beat South American flair? When teams press Portugal, it shows how much of an overrated scrubby team we are and South American teams would press the hell out of us. We have never faced a South American team in the last handful of years that hasn’t given us extreme trouble.

Ronaldo fans need to stop with this narrative against Argentina. It’s ridiculous. They won 3 tournaments in a row, give credit where credit is due. Don’t be sore losers just because Messi is triumphing over Ronaldo. The battle between those two was over several years ago, let’s move on.

Has nothing to do with Ronaldo, they just suck and are one of the most despicable teams of all time. The goalkeeper is the product of at least three generations of inbreeding. The constant hounding of referees, along with the persistent diving and cheating, if I wanted to see this I would watch Porto games under Conceicao.

Anyways, they are trash. Penalty merchants who luck their way to titles because their inbred keeper wins them every penalty shootout they are involved in. I also dont consider the Copa America to be anything of value as it is the equivalent of the europa league in the international scene. If you need anymore evidence it is trash, look no further than Canada finishing in 4th place.

bro chill, don't compare copa America to euro.... argentina had to play ecuardor and Canada to reach the final.... portugal woulda had to beat solvenia france and spain then england to win the euro..... the last southamerican team we beat was Uraguay (who is a SA powerhouse) and we dominated them and should have won by more. If Portugal get pressed that's when we play our best and have space to run and attack..... we woulda dominated copa group stages, Portugal struggles against teams that park the bus not press. The fact is the team to win the most euros is spain with 4...... Argentina has won 16-17 copas the fact that Messi has just won his second copa isn't an accomplishment its a failure with the talent Argentina has had over the years vs weak opposition. Add in the fact Argentina had a record 5 pks in the world cup that was clearly geared towards granting messi his first WC I'm not gonna jump up and down and act impressed........

I think the bigger failure is only winning 3 CL. For someone regarded as the goat by many that’s pretty trash

Amazing deal by benfica. 70 million for a player who has essentially only played one season of professional football.

The recruitment this summer has been incredible too. Beste, Pavlidis, and Prestianni looking great

I was hoping for a bit more but yes not a bad deal . Shit league for the player to go but he did not want to go to Man U . Yes our acquisitions are looking pretty good so far. Let’s see how they do against better competition. We are not done yet either . Hope we give the young players playing time instead of players like Di Maria . With all due respect to him. Mixed emotions on Ranato Sanches with his injury history, even if he does manage to play well, we dont even have an option to buy ?

Wow really ? He is not and can not replace Neves . He is added value to the deal . So the deal is 70 mil plus Benfica have option to by Renato for 10 mil . I earlier posted we did not have the option but it has now come out that we do . On the field you never ever win when you sell a player of that calibre . Still not a bad deal
