Licha De Ligt Maguire Lindelof Evans Willy He's CB #6. You can shit on the skirt and Maguire all you want. They are better players than Willy and I'd pick them first. I agree though. Free Agency is the new way to combat high transfer prices. What are we doing wrong? 10mil ********ing Euro? Edit: Yeah, last year of contract.
🚨🟡 Villarreal have already booked medical for Willy Kambwala after €10m deal agreed with Manchester United.Five year contract and buy-back clause confirmed, as reported earlier today. Here we go. 🤝🏻 pic.twitter.com/aEHHZQVipW— Fabrizio Romano (@FabrizioRomano) July 13, 2024 That is good business by the club. Get the buy back, traditional sell on. And some money for an academy product. He was gonna leave for free at the end of the year so better than nothing
https://www.skysports.com/football/...m-signing-of-netherlands-striker-from-bologna at last. Zirkzee 9?
I predict deLigt will become a star for United. I hope the same for Zirkzee, but I'm less confident about that
most likely for financial reasons. given what has come out recently i am a lot less confident about the below than before but we'll see how things go
We are trying to get 2 CB's thats for sure. I assume Jared B presents a unique opportunity, not couting price tag. He's two footed and athletic. So he could play multiple roles. I think we would llike a LCB but tthe notable ones are out of our price rage. For example, Ignacio from Sporting Lisbon.
By the sound of things, we are looking at two CBs and hoping to ditch ‘arry and Lindelof. So I don’t think it’s Yoro or DeLigt but maybe I’m just being overly optimistic.
Could be happening Real Madrid now need to get off the fence and make their move or not. 🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Leny Yoro flying to UK to take medical + finalise personal terms as Man Utd push to complete signing from Lille. 18yo defender initially favoured #RMFC but #LOSC accepted initial €62m #MUFC bid - still work to do but now close @TheAthleticFC https://t.co/Vz5gTFH2Xx— David Ornstein (@David_Ornstein) July 17, 2024 🚨🔴 Manchester United have booked travel and medical tests for Leny Yoro!Plan ready after agreement reached with Lille last week for €50m fixed fee plus €12m add-ons.There’s still work needed to get the deal done, Man United now confident as @David_Ornstein reports. pic.twitter.com/6RvVeV6scr— Fabrizio Romano (@FabrizioRomano) July 17, 2024
sky verified and reporting as well https://www.skysports.com/football/...nchester-united-medical-after-50m-deal-agreed not getting carried away yet but this is a positive sign. i am more concerned with what's holding up De Ligt? maybe we really are that maxed out and need to sell first to be able to buy
Reportedly the reason he has chosen us is bc we offered £145k per week - supposedly much more than he would get at Madrid. “Leny Yoro, his family and his agent all flew to Manchester this morning. MU offers approximately a salary of 9M € gross including bonus per year. As explained yesterday, the Red Devils are now confident in finalizing the deal.”
How does this Yoro move impact De Ligt? Surely we can't pull both off. I have small doubts e.g. De Ligt: injury record and Yoro: high price for very young and inexperienced.
@Father Ted thats my understanding as well, hope we can pull both. Yoro medical taking place now. BREAKING: ‘’Leny Yoro medical taking place as we speak - once done today/tomorrow Manchester United contract will be signed. 5yr deal + option to extend by 12mnths.’’ He decided yesterday late at night to become Manchester United player’’ @David_Ornstein
Lads, especially @Ruud v.Nistelrooy 10 , brace yourselves. The story around the camp fire is that we are still interested in De Ligt or Branthwaite but only one. Also apparently depends on sales / us making room in the squad (which sounds like we would have to shift Lindelof or Maguire). Plus we apparently also think Bayern asking too much for De Ligt. Which on the numbers reported didnt sound that much to me. Everton still want waaay too much for Branthwaite so dont see that happening, though some reports they have been “surprised” at value of some other transfers (ie finally starting to wake up and smell the PSR / FFP coffee).
Hi everyone, Hope everything is going well. I have been busy with my daughter who is on the spectrum and generally have lost some interest in the modern robotic football. Hope you all have great lives and maybe I will try to post more.
My son is level 3 non verbal. You are not alone. Feel free to DM, if you need to talk to someone in the same situation.
Not exactly here we go but almost near.. 🚨🔴 Leny Yoro to Manchester United, here we go!
